The Quality Council of SUPES is an advisory body of the SUPES Senate in the area of quality, whose mission is to establish, document, implement, maintain and improve the quality management system of SUPES in full conformity with the requirements of the Moldovan and European higher education systems.
Strategic objectives:
- to increase the responsibility of every academic community member for carrying out their duties within the Quality Management System (QMS) and make them realize the importance of their activity for the quality of the services provided by SUPES;
- to emphasize the unitary, coherent and effective framework of all the institution’s structures activity (academic, scientific, administrative, social, financial and accounting);
- to improve the professional performances of the academic community members through the training, formation, qualification and requalification processes as required by the quality management;
- to develop the SUPES infrastructure by improving and diversifying the material basis in order to create optimal conditions for educational and scientific activity of the pedagogical staff, Licentiate degree students and Master’s degree students;
- to increase the Licentiate degree students’ and Master’s degree students’ confidence in the SUPES results of academic, scientific, cultural and artistic approaches;
- to improve and make more effective the relationship with our partners, the economic and social environment, local, regional and national communities and increase their confidence in the institution’s potential to provide the services that meet their requirements;
- to provide immediate access to the QMS documents and facilitate their management;
- to provide the documentation necessary for performing the internal and external audit of the quality management system.

The assurance of quality at SUPES is not an end in itself but a means which helps the university to be results-oriented. With the help of the quality system, we develop the culture of quality among our pedagogical staff and our students.
