The university commission of ethics represents an independent body. The commission works on the basis of a Regulation adopted by the SUPES Senate and aims at the development and decisions' application of the Professional Ethical Code of SUPES.
The University Commission of ethics consists of five people with professional dignity and moral authority: the chairman, three members and a secretary.
The members of SUPES Commission of Ethics
1. Budevici-Puiu Anatolie, PhD, univ. prof., head of the MPC Chair, chairman;
2. Mocrousov Elena, dr. habil., assoc. prof., dean of Sports Faculty, member;
3. Braniște Gheorghe, PhD, assoc. prof., head of the TBPC chair, member;
4. Drăniceru Mihai, vice-dean of the PGS faculty, member;
5. Cireș Victoria, PhD, superior inspector of The Educational Department, secretary.
The responsibilities of the Commission of ethics:
* elaborates the university professional ethical code, that is proposed to the University Senate for approval and for its inclusion in the University Charter;
* applies the included provisions in the Professional Ethical Code;
* presents the annual report regarding the commission's activity;
* analyses and solves the perceptions towards the ethical deviations and university deontology;
* proposes and promotes eventual changes or amendments of the Professional Ethical Code.
