The canteen is a subdivision of the University meant to provide proper nourishment for students, teachers, as well as for athletes during holding their preparatory training camps and competitions. The unity has a capacity of preparing the food for about 300 people and is provided with modern supplies, which correspond to up-to-date standards.
The staff of the canteen consists of the following people: Ciobanu Ana, Petrov Sergiu, Petrov Andrei (cooks); Furtună Rodica (accountant); Ţîmbalist Elizaveta, Bubliţchi Nicoleta (technical personnel).
The employees of this subdivision pay a great attention to the elaboration of menu on the basis of nutritionists' recommendations, including quality food which contains necessary proteins, lipids, carbohydrates, minerals and vitamins. The activity of this subdivision is performed according to the hygienic-sanitary norms in force and security techniques.
As the result of the republican contest organized at the initiative of the Ministry of Education of the Republic of Moldova (Order No. 626 from September 5, 2008) the SUPES canteen has been awarded a diploma as the best food unit for the students from our country.
